Aracane's step daughter, Abigail, arrives at the plantation home and Arcane intends to use her blood for his rejuvenation
formula.
Meanwhile two young boys encounter a mutant in the swamp. Of course Swamp Thing comes to the rescue.
The he rescues Abigail (Heather Locklear) from some moonshiners. Romance "blossoms" between Abigail and Swamp Thing.
Arcane then attempts to capture Abigail and Swamp Thing.
