Steve Tanski's Land of the Giants Snake

Here is my new model, the Land of the Giants Snake.  When I saw SM Clark's version I was greatly inspired to do as intricate a job yet not a copy,  though I DID actually COPY the pattern behind the snake's eye from Clark's.  I used both air brush and regular brushes.  Every bit of this model was more difficult than I expected. I had to re-paint the entire base following the first attempt. I used the brightest greens I could for the base, careful not to succumb to the temptation to use yellows. They make the grass looked burned.  I felt this grass should look wet and LUSH!  The snake was very difficult as well. Nuff said. Here they are. Hope you like them!
