Rick Nielsen's Vor'cha

I'm enclosing 3 pics of my AMT/ERTL Vor'cha-class Klingon attack cruiser model. I entered this model in the Valleycon X show that was held a few weeks ago in Chicopee, MA.. I took home second place in the science fiction category and first place for "Best Out of the Box" in the science fiction (non figure) category.

This is the  first model I've built in 15 or 20 years. A friend of mine at work is into modeling and trains. He helped tutor me in all the new techniques and materials for building kits these days. I love using acrylics  and my airbrush. I don't miss the enamels, the thinner and the toxic smell.
