Paul Newitt's Shuttlebay

I made this in 1983 , out of posterboard, white glue and frosted mylar.  I
made B&W slides of the diagrams in the Tech Manual, and then projected them to scale with the AMT Shuttlecraft kit.  Lots of fitting, finessing, but it worked! The "outside" shot is of the wood molding frame for it, and the shuttle doors are poster board with wire stiffeners to slide the doors to open--and for stop-motion animation of the amateur film it was built for.  It had a working turntable, too
