Phtoot shows the top of the Primary hull. All the reaction control thrusters and the phaser detail had to be airbrushed
on, due to the decals being oversized and that the reaction control thrusters had to be lit as well.

Highlights the planetary dome and deflector. Yes, the Photon Torpedo tubes light up red.

The Impulse engine glows red with LEDs as does the top shuttlebay area. The interior of the shuttle bay is illuminated with white and yellow LEDs.

Additional decals were added from other aftermarket decal sheets. They came in very handy and fit the bill. Please don't take any heed to the unflattering power harness below.

Last, this has some of the lights on. You can't tell that there are two different sets (and speeds)of flashing lights on
this model.
Also you can't make out that the botanical garden is detailed with an interior, but it is illuminated as well. Some of the other lights were not on at this time for some reason, namely the side planetary slots and the others in the secondary hull. Notice that the inboard areas of the engine nacelles are illuminated. I used a product from a company called "Night Launch.com".

Here you will see that custom work in the botanical garden, the illuminated ceiling.
You will notice that pearlescent effect and the paneling along with the other detailed paint schemes. The phaser detail at the bottom of the secondary hull was airbrushed on rather than decals used, and you will notice between the four phasers the yellow LED. In this pic that strobe is off. The Deflector dish is attached by magnets so that the wiring could be accessed in the event either of the light circuit boards had to be fixed or replaced.

Highlights the Aztec pattern work on the primary hull. Once the base pearlescent color was applied, the Aztec pattern was
subtly airbrushed on, using two different pieces of precut wide masking tape made from patterns provided by the manufacture.
You will see one slow flashing LED at the far end of the primary hull, also unlit.

The phaser bank details and the reaction control thrusters detail also had to be airbrushed on rather than decals used.
One more thing, I am sure some of you have noticed that the dark grey detail at the leading edge of the support pylon doesn't go up far enough, well that was corrected before it was delivered to the
customer. The other detail on the underside of the primary hull was airbrushed on following some other research pics found on the web. Detail like the large underside door panels.

Sorry about the unflattering surroundings of the model. It gives you an idea of how large it is.
This is a great kit and builds up to be a very beautiful model. The manufacturer did
an excellent job capturing, with fidelity, the true configuration of the studio model.
