The Millenium Falcon is the only Star Wars model I've built so far.
It's from the old MPC kit. This was the first model that I could just keep painting more and more weathering on it and it kept looking better.
The base coat was white, then I
taped off selected panels to be painted red and grey and then I got my airbrush out and started to dirty it.
I also took a soldering iron to a couple parts of the hull and made blast marks. The landing lights on the bottom are red LED's and simple small bulbs.
The engine is lit with
one 8 inch diameter flourescent bulb. The model has 4 switches on the outside of the hull to turn on lights seperately. Hope you enjoy my model as much as I do.
