I thought you might get a kick out of these pics of the Copernicus and Galileo. I had these left over from the two Enterprise models I've built and thought I'd take a breather from that ordeal and just have some fun building something simple. These really are pretty nice little kits in their own right.

I built them straight out of the box and used the kit decals except for the lit thruster panel under the Galileo. This was a decal I got from Hal Bierman.

The Galileo is built in its pre-Landing Plan "B" configuration. I understand Sulu took quite a ribbing for that landing!

I printed out the flight deck drawings you posted a while back and used a portion of them on the base under Copernicus just to liven things up a bit.

Copernicus is positioned and ready for launch.
