Dave Hackett's Countess Karnstein

I'd like to submit my latest diorama to your site. It's the latest Countess Karnstein kit by Solarwind, and Mike Cusinelli. I made the base entirely from scratch. Including the torches, cast clear flames, and the custom circuitry to control the flickering of the 3 led's in each torch base. I used balsa foam for the construction of the base.

The stained glass windows are printed on clear acetate, and another sheet of clear styrene in front and back for support. The outside clear stryene sheet is coated with a clear texture gel and then sponged to get a crackly stained glass texture. This represents maybe 80-90 hours work.
