First off, we have a couple new images of kits from Revenge of the Sith!

  • Droid Tri Fighter D
  • Jedi Star Fighter [yellow markings - Anakin's?]

The tank looking thing is now referred to as "Corporate Alliance"

Added to the line of reissued kits:

  • Large X-wing - this appears to be the original X Wing Kit, not the larger Pro Shop kit
  • TIE Interceptor
  • B Wing Fighter
  • Millennium Falcon Cutaway Version - this is strange, in that they are differentiating this from the non cutaway version.

Racing Champions has indicated that the small X-Wing and the AT-AT are now in stock. This means they should be shipping to hobby shops now!

Current release dates [according to Racing Champions]

  • January [but not yet in stock]: Darth Vader's TIE Fighter, Snowspeeder,  Millennium Falcon, AT-ST, Star Destroyer
  • February: Large X Wing
  • March: Death Star, Speeder Bike, Slave One
  • April: TIE Interceptor
  • June: Naboo Fighter
  • July: Millenium Falcon Cutaway

Now, it seems that Revell-Germany is also doing a line of Star Wars kits. Coincidently, the list of kits is reported to include:

  • Anakin's Jedi Starfighter
  • Obi-Wan's Jedi Starfighter
  • Droid Tri Fighter
  • Arc 170 Fighter
  • AT-RT [All Terrain Recon Transport]

At least 3 of the kits match the announced AMT kits. Could it be that AMT in the US and Revell Germany are doing a joint production? That's pure speculation on my part. We'll have to wait and see.
